Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding activities, including document collection, visa processing, and induction scheduling.
• Coordinate with HRBP, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements (e.g., CID checks, financial clearance, visa issuance).
• Track onboarding KPIs and timelines (TAT) for efficiency.
• Manage onboarding dashboard.
• Pre-Joining: Visa/work permit processing, travel logistics for overseas hires, IT setup.
• Day One: Account activation, access card issuance, induction program.
• Meet Emiratization targets and drive improved candidate experience.

The AVP, HR Onboarding position is designed to strengthen the onboarding experience and support Emiratization goals. It focuses on:

• Managing onboarding for new hires, internal transfers, and migration staff.
• Driving efficiency and compliance across onboarding workflows.
• Enhancing candidate experience through structured processes and timely communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities

• Process Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding activities, including document collection, visa processing, and induction scheduling.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with HRBP, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements (e.g., CID checks, financial clearance, visa issuance).
• Performance Monitoring: Track onboarding KPIs and timelines (TAT) for efficiency.
• Managing onboarding Dashboard
• Pre-Joining: Visa/work permit processing, travel logistics for overseas hires, IT setup.
• Day One: Account activation, access card issuance, induction program.
