Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR Onboarding processes.
• Experience with strategy development frameworks and execution.
• Proficient in data analysis, research, and storytelling via presentations.
• Skilled in synthesizing insights from internal metrics and external benchmarks.
• Experience preparing materials for senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders without authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding activities, including document collection, visa processing, and induction scheduling.
• Coordinate with HRBP, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements (e.g., CID checks, financial clearance, visa issuance).
• Track onboarding KPIs and timelines (TAT) for efficiency.
• Manage onboarding dashboard.
• Pre-Joining: Visa/work permit processing, travel logistics for overseas hires, IT setup.
• Day One: Account activation, access card issuance, induction program.
• Meet Emiratization targets and drive improved candidate experience.
