Job summary

EDITION Hotels seeks an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, compensation, and training at our Dubai property. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver HR services that support operations and guest experiences, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key duties include managing recruitment, employee benefits, development programs, employee relations and policy adherence aligned with Marriott standards and local laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in HR/management operations or related area.
• 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year HR/management operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing recruitment and hiring processes for HR staff and related roles.
• Establishes contacts with external recruitment sources and attends job fairs.
• Oversees candidate identification and selection, and provides SME input to property managers.
• Manages employee benefits administration, unemployment claims, and related reporting.
• Supports employee development, onboarding, and cross-training programs.
• Maintains employee relations, open communication, and escalation pathways.
• Ensures compliance with privacy, safety, and labor regulations; supports workers' compensation management.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
