Job summary

EDITION, part of Marriott International, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, compensation, and training at our Dubai property. You will partner with property leadership to design and implement HR programs that drive employee engagement and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

You will lead recruiting efforts, administer employee benefits, develop onboarding and training initiatives, and support employee relations while maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires HR experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruitment and hiring processes for the property HR team.
• Manages employee benefits, unemployment claims, and HR records.
• Delivers onboarding, orientation, and development programs for staff.
• Maintains employee relations and escalation procedures with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with safety, privacy and HR policies.
