Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in HR, management operations, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in HR, management operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and hiring processes and coordinate with external sources.
• Administer employee benefits and unemployment-related processes.
• Support employee development and new hire training programs.
• Maintain employee relations and ensure clear communication across the property.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and oversee documentation.

Education
