Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with senior leaders to align people priorities with growth plans, ensure UAE compliance and drive leadership development. Senior HR professional with 10+ years in UAE tech environments is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience including senior leadership roles.
• Previous HR Director/CHRO experience, preferably in IT or tech sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and GCC regulations.
