Job summary

Mammoet is seeking an HR Analyst, Data & Systems in Dubai to enable decision-making through data analytics, system integration, and automation. You will connect data across people, processes, and systems to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.

The role collaborates with regional and global teams to drive outcomes and efficiency. Responsibilities include analytics across the employee lifecycle, reporting consolidation, and driving HR technology adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics, business systems, HR systems, or data-driven roles.
Proficient with Excel and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors.
Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Responsibilities

Analyze data across people, processes, and systems to generate insights and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
Support decision-making across the employee lifecycle with senior leadership.
Consolidate and submit HR and business reports.
Review and improve HR processes and workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
Lead standardization, automation, and HRIS integration initiatives.
