Job summary

Mammoet in Dubai, UAE is seeking an HR Analyst Data & Systems to empower HR and business teams through data analytics, systems integration and process automation, delivering scalable insights for better decision‑making.

You will analyze complex data across people, processes and systems, consolidate HR and business reports, drive automation of HR workflows, and partner with senior leaders to address key questions and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, business systems, HR systems, or data‑driven decision support.
• Strong Excel and Power Platform skills, plus experience with enterprise HR systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and present to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets across people, processes, and systems to generate insights and recommendations.
• Support decision‑making throughout the employee lifecycle and partner with senior leaders.
• Consolidate and submit various HR and business reports.
• Review and improve HR processes and workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and support HR automation, system integration, and adoption of HR technology.
