Job summary
Uae Job Alert in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager – Analytics to support HR analytics, reporting, and automation. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business teams to deliver workforce insights and drive data-driven decisions.
The role focuses on building dashboards using Power BI, automating reports, and applying AI-powered solutions to streamline HR processes. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in analytics and strong data visualization skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, CS, or MIS.
- 3–5 years of analytics or HR analytics experience.
- Strong Power BI, Excel, and data visualization skills.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau preferred.
- Python programming is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and automated reports.
- Improve HR reporting processes with automation and AI.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership on analytics projects.
- Support compensation, rewards, and HR reporting initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc data reports and recommendations as needed.
