Qualifications

• Strong Power BI, Excel, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau preferred.
• Python programming is an advantage.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Analytics to support HR analytics, reporting, and process automation. In this role, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and business teams to deliver accurate workforce insights, improve reporting, and automate HR processes using modern analytics tools. You will create dashboards, analyze workforce data, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and manpower cost analysis.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Improve HR reporting processes through automation and AI-powered solutions.
• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends and provide business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting standards across HR systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams on analytics projects.
• Support compensation, rewards, and HR reporting initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc reports and data-driven recommendations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar BI platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
