You will partner with Senior Directors and cross-functional teams, leveraging market intelligence and AI-enabled insights to identify opportunities and craft winning proposals that align with client priorities and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client priorities.
• Collaborate with Directors to identify growth opportunities and market expansion.
• Maintain account intelligence: priorities, stakeholders, competitors, market trends.
• Monitor performance and contribute to growth initiatives and action plans.
• Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within existing and target accounts.
• Manage opportunity pipelines and facilitate reviews and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate internal resources to progress opportunities through the BD lifecycle.
• Lead strategic pursuits, bids, and tender submissions with compelling value propositions.
• Produce high-quality, competitive submissions with cross-functional teams.
• Capture lessons learned and drive improvements in pursuit processes.
• Support client engagement activities and strategic planning workshops.
• Share market insights to inform business planning and client engagement.
