Job summary

WSP is seeking a Director of Clients & Strategic Growth in Advisory, based in Abu Dhabi. The role leads client engagement with senior stakeholders, driving growth through strategic opportunities and cross-disciplinary collaboration within the Advisory portfolio.

You will build credibility as a trusted advisor, expand strategic relationships, and guide major pursuits with executive sponsorship. The position requires a strong track record from a Big Four or leading consultancy and deep regional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
Significant business development and client relationship management experience within Big Four, management consultancy, professional services, or advisory environment.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
Extensive network of senior client relationships across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients across public and private sectors.
Act as a senior ambassador for WSP Advisory in the market and align capabilities to client challenges.
Lead business development activities across the full Advisory portfolio and achieve targets.
Identify, create, qualify, and convert new opportunities across Advisory service offerings.
Develop strategic account growth plans for priority clients and maintain a healthy pipeline.
