DHL Supply Chain is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director for Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC) in the MEA region. You will drive strategic growth, identify opportunities, and translate customer needs into innovative supply chain solutions across multiple countries.

Fluency in English is essential, with regional language skills a plus. You will lead complex negotiations, shape regional strategy, and collaborate with operations, design and regional sector teams to strengthen DHL's LSHC

Qualifications

• Extensive BD experience in Contract Logistics.
• LSHC sector exposure and ability to win complex deals.
• Fluency in English; regional language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the MEA LSHC BD strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify, develop and secure strategic LSHC opportunities across the region.
• Build a strong sector pipeline and accelerate growth with key customers.
• Lead RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and develop sector-specific supply chain solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and advocate value-based selling.
• Collaborate with country teams and other DHL divisions to unlock growth.
