Job summary

SharpMinds Consulting Engineers is seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to enhance its presence in Dubai and the MENA region. The role requires a proactive professional who can independently manage new business pursuits and client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years of UAE experience, a strong network in engineering consultancy, and the ability to support contract discussions. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in the UAE with strong network profiles within engineering consultancy or construction.
• Valid UAE driver’s license required.
• Proven experience in the Dubai market with a track record in project acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Dubai and the MENA region.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Track, update, and manage leads using the CRM system.
