Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales professional to plan and drive corporate fleet opportunities in the GCC market. You will identify potential corporate clients, discuss requirements, tailor solutions, and prepare competitive tenders with the Fleet Sales Manager's guidance.

The role requires 3-5 years in GCC fleet sales, a degree in any discipline (or automotive vocational route), and strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to maintain key accounts and achieve sales

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route.
• 3-5 years experience in fleet sales in the GCC market.

Responsibilities

• Explore market opportunities and identify corporate customers for fleet sales.
• Discuss requirements with customers, identify and qualify their needs and propose a solution that satisfies transportation requirements.
• Participate in tender proposals and prepare pricing, terms and documentation with guidance from Fleet Sales Manager.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports highlighting salient features and report weekly/monthly on performance data.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and contribute to development of prospects list.
• Coordinate for pre-delivery inspections and delivery of vehicles; ensure proper documentation at delivery.
• Coordinate with service division for after-sales enquiries and ensure appropriate follow-through.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to feel the pulse of market trends and stay ahead of competition.
• Maintain and build key accounts on a monthly basis.
