Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks a Facilities Management Expert to lead the strategic direction of the department's FM system, driving asset management and governance across programs. You will oversee contracts, develop policies, and provide expert technical guidance to senior management on FM and infrastructure.

The role requires senior-level experience, strong knowledge of CAFM, BIM, and IoT technologies, and a commitment to governance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in facilities

Qualifications

• 15–17 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• Strong expertise in asset management, contract governance, and FM operations.
• Proven ability to develop policies, procedures, and technical standards.
• Experience leading FM strategy, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction of the facilities management system aligned with plans and asset efficiency.
• Oversee planning, execution and review of FM contracts and related frameworks.
• Develop and approve FM policies, procedures and technical standards department-wide.
• Provide specialized technical opinion to senior management on FM and infrastructure.
• Drive transformation via smart technologies, asset management systems, and digitalization.
• Set institutional performance indicators and monitor results with corrective actions.
