Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated FM services across corporate offices in Dubai. You will ensure safe, compliant, efficient workplaces, manage hard and soft services, and drive service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in FM, strong leadership, budget and vendor management, and knowledge of CAFM/BMS. You will champion HSE, sustainability, and continuous improvement while coordinating multi-site operations for optimal employee

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years FM experience.
Experience managing facilities operations, budgets, and projects.
Knowledge of HSE, regulatory and industry standards.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
FM certifications (IFMA, IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH) advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of integrated FM services across corporate offices.
Oversee hard and soft FM services including maintenance, HVAC, cleaning, and more.
Drive facilities governance, audits, and compliance.
Manage maintenance, asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance via SLAs/KPIs.
Champion health, safety and business continuity initiatives.
Lead vendor and contract management, procurement and cost optimization.
Manage facilities budgets, CAPEX, moves and space planning.
Lead and develop the FM team and drive continuous improvement.
