Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks a Director of Facilities Asset Management to lead multi-destination asset management operations across Abu Dhabi's premier destinations. You will drive asset performance, preventive maintenance and contractor oversight to ensure safety, reliability and optimal lifecycle costs.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in facilities/asset management with 5+ years in leadership, and strong expertise in HVAC, BMS, electrical systems, and CMMS/CAFM platforms such as IBM Maximo.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Facilities Management, Engineering or Asset Management.
• 5+ years leading engineering, maintenance or technical teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and asset management operations across assigned sites.
• Oversee Hard and Soft Services divisions including HVAC, electrical, water treatment, fire & life safety.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and asset renewal projects.
