Job summary

Parsons in Dubai is seeking a CAFM and Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the digital facilities platform strategy for large-scale infrastructure programs. The role involves overseeing the implementation and optimization of CAFM systems while ensuring excellence in performance reporting and service delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of professional experience, and strong expertise with CAFM technologies. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a CAFM leadership role.
• Expert-level experience with FSI Evolution including asset management and PPM configuration.
• Strong familiarity with SLA module implementation and system administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with senior management and multi-disciplinary operational teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CAFM system lead and subject matter expert, supporting users and service providers.
• Oversee full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and continuous enhancement of CAFM platforms.
• Manage asset setup, preventive maintenance functionality, SLA modules, and system workflows.
• Generate monthly performance dashboards and management reports using CAFM data outputs.
• Act as primary point of contact for all CAFM-related operational and strategic matters.
