Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Business Transformation and Strategy Specialist to support strategic transformation, process improvement and organizational change initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will analyze performance, identify opportunities and implement initiatives aligned with divisional and corporate objectives.

The role requires 8–9 years' experience, including ≥4 years in a similar role, with on-site duties in Abu Dhabi. Oil and energy sector experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
8–9 years of experience in business transformation, with ≥4 years in a similar role.
Experience in oil and gas is preferred.

Responsibilities

Study and analyze operations to identify transformation initiatives aligned with ADNOC objectives.
Develop implementation plans with milestones and resources.
Monitor transformation activities and ensure progress against plans.
Coordinate organizational readiness and change management activities.
Support governance meetings and board preparation materials.
Track KPIs and benefits realization for transformation programs.
