Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Investments and Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to drive execution across M&A, JVs, disposals and capital market initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 10+ years of experience, robust financial modelling and governance expertise, and close collaboration with finance, business units and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Master's degree in Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience across investment functions.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CFA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction workstreams including M&A, joint ventures and disposals.
• Coordinate with Finance, business units and external advisers on deal execution.
• Develop investment governance policies and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Support capital structure optimisation and equity/debt market activities.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations and business cases.
