Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Senior Executive - Events Corporate Sales to support the growth of our corporate events business.

You will coordinate event contracts, track budgets, maintain sales pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding event experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in events or hospitality, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/CRM skills, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in events, hospitality, corporate sales, venue management or similar field.
• Advanced to intermediate Microsoft Excel with formulas, pivot tables, reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and administration of event contracts, event orders, purchase orders, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, licences, permits and compliance for events.
• Review and assess new business opportunities and corporate event enquiries.
• Maintain sales pipelines, event trackers and reports for commercial performance.
• Monitor event timelines and milestones for seamless execution.
• Support budgeting, costing, revenue tracking and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across venues and services.
• Conduct market research and keep knowledge of industry trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Legal, Marketing and venue teams.
