Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Events Operations professional to lead planning and delivery of corporate and employee engagement events. You will manage logistics, registrations, venue setup and onsite operations while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, cost controls and on-time execution.

The role requires 2–4 years of event operations or related experience, excellent English communication, and strong organisational skills to handle

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in event operations, venue management or project coordination.
• Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of community corporate events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics registrations venue setup supplier requirements and onsite operations.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Provide onsite operational support before, during and after events for a seamless attendee experience.
• Support post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
