Job summary

Electra in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate all aspects of client event projects. You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, drawing on project management and client services expertise.

You will respond to RFPs, prepare quotations, manage budgets and timelines, nurture relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in account management in events, exhibitions, marketing, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (as specified).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems, project management, or event management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the event lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide post-event reports and analysis to clients.
