As an Account Manager at Electra, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our client’s event projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between the client and our internal teams. This role demands a combination of project management expertise, client services, and a deep understanding of event production.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process. Understand client needs and objectives, presenting them with tailored proposals and solutions. Answer RFPs and create quotations for events. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations for their events. Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines. Grow the revenue of the assigned accounts.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned accounts. Assign task and responsibilities to Account coordinator to successfully deliver projects. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, estimation, production, logistics, to ensure project success. Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to production facility to maintain consistency and excellence. Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event production.
Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget while maintaining quality standards. Track commercial terms and financial deliverables.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project files. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress. Provide post-event reports and analysis to clients.
3–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development in events, exhibitions, marketing, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Graduated from a recognized university or business school.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems, project management, or event management software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Willingness to travel for events as required.
You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
