Job summary

Electra is seeking an Account Manager in Dubai to steward client relationships and coordinate event projects from concept to delivery. You will ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive revenue growth for assigned accounts.

The role requires 3–7 years in account management within events or related industries, a Bachelor's degree, and fluent English. Occasional travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 3–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development in events, exhibitions, marketing, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process.
• Understand client needs and objectives, presenting tailored proposals and solutions.
• Answer RFPs and create quotations for events.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines.
• Grow revenue of the assigned accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to execution.
