Job summary

Client of Taj HR is seeking an experienced Event Account Manager in the UAE to oversee client relationships and coordinate event-related projects from brief to execution.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills and a track record in events advertising or marketing, with the ability to work against targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Events, Advertising, or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective creative briefs.
• Prepare proposals presentations quotations and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress budgets and deliverables.
• Work towards agreed targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and generate additional business.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.

• Proven experience managing clients and projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Target- and KPI-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred.
