Job summary

ELECTRA in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate all aspects of client events, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role requires a blend of project management, client services, and knowledge of event production.

As the Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, develop proposals, handle budgets and timelines, and work cross-functionally to ensure project success in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development in events, exhibitions, marketing, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Graduated from a recognized university or business school.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems, project management, or event management software.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout planning and execution.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, assign tasks to the Account coordinator, and manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, track commercial terms and financial deliverables.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain project documents, provide status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and deliver post-event reports.
