Job summary

Taj HR in the UAE is seeking an experienced Event Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate event projects from brief to execution. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management, events, advertising, or marketing, with strong UAE market knowledge and proven project leadership.

You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver proposals, timelines, and budgets, while consistently meeting targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Events, Advertising, or Marketing.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the UAE events/marketing industry.
• Proven experience managing clients and projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Target- and KPI-driven mindset.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective creative briefs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
• Work towards agreed targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and generate additional business.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.
