Job summary

Electra is seeking a procurement leader to drive best practices and oversee the end-to-end procurement function within the GCC event setup space. The role requires building strong relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders and clients, and aligning procurement strategy with business priorities.

You will drive policy development, KPI tracking, risk management and supplier performance, while ensuring compliance with standards and ethics.

• Proven ability to lead procurement teams and develop best practices.
• Experience building relationships with vendors, business units and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach the procurement team to embed best practice.
• Drive Policies, SOPs, KPI, and PIMS development and implementation.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts, risk, and compliance.
• Develop vendor relationships and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Participate in procurement strategy, budgeting, and synergies across functions.
