Job summary

CYBERIA Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Procurement Operations lead responsible for sourcing, tendering, and ensuring compliance on large-scale power and energy projects.

You will coordinate project reporting, build a robust supplier network across GCC, Europe, and Asia, and work with EPC contractors and clients such as DEWA, ADNOC. The role requires deep SAP MM proficiency and strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 10–15 years of relevant procurement experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE, preferably in power/energy construction projects.
• Solid knowledge of substation, power plant, and transmission equipment and materials.
• Strong network of local and international suppliers within GCC, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience with EPC contractors, consultants, and clients (DEWA, SEWA, TRANSCO, ADNOC, FEWA) is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP MM module and MS Office.
