Job summary

Electra Events & Exhibitions seeks a Project Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to support the Projects Director and Project Managers across planning, administration and close-out of event projects in the GCC. You will maintain trackers, coordinate communication among teams and suppliers, and help ensure site requirements are prepared when needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy in project information, timely follow-ups, and escalation of issues to the Project Manager or Director as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in project management, business administration, events, engineering, construction or related field.
• Two to four years of experience in project coordination, events, exhibitions, or similar delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PM/document-control systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration, planning, and documentation for event projects.
• Assist Project Manager and Project Directors with briefs, schedules, trackers and communications.
• Support procurement, supplier follow-up, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials.
