Job summary

Plennix is seeking a motivated Software Sales Executive in Dubai to promote and sell business software solutions including Odoo ERP and Creatio CRM. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, understand client needs, present software solutions, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.

The role is hands-on, requires prior software sales experience, and does not involve managing a sales team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B/software/SaaS/ERP/CRM sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Able to translate business processes into software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries.
• Proactively approach potential customers via cold calling, email outreach, networking, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote and sell Odoo ERP, Creatio CRM and workflow automation solutions.
• Understand customer challenges and map to software solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with internal teams.
