Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Customer Success Manager to become a strategic partner for enterprise ecommerce clients across the EMEA region, owning relationships from onboarding through renewals, upsells and cross-sells. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule based in Dubai, UAE.

You will manage a portfolio of 10–20 clients, acting as the primary Pattern contact, driving revenue growth and product adoption while aligning with Marketing and Product for insights and success.

Qualifications

• Direct, client-facing experience managing a B2B portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing and ad strategy.
• Data-driven and able to translate data into client recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead QBRs.
• Knowledge of the online retail environment.
• Based in Dubai; fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 clients, onboarding, training, and driving revenue growth.
• Serve as primary Pattern contact for accounts and renewals.
• Negotiate renewals and upsells with senior colleagues or Sales when needed.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and planning with strategic clients.
• Keep clients updated on Meta and Google strategies and ROI Hunter updates.
• Provide client feedback to Product and Marketing for case studies.
