You will negotiate contract scope changes, track competitive bids, and ensure Otis is identified as the preferred partner in related engagements. The role involves preparing technical documents, quotes, and liaising with clients to secure favorable terms while coordinating with Aftermarket and Service to implement contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in elevator/escalator sales and marketing in UAE.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic essential.

Aufgaben

• Prepare contracts, negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, based on established guidelines.
• Prepare pre-qualification and technical documents to support new equipment proposals.
• Prepare estimates and issues quotations based on project scope and Otis products.
• Liaises with clients to negotiate new equipment contracts, ensuring terms meet renewal conditions.
• Executes sales strategies to increase Otis market share across product lines.
• Engage developers/contractors to position Otis for new equipment projects.
• Coordinate with Aftermarket and Service to implement contract terms.
• Conduct inspections on new equipment delivered and installed to confirm scope completion.
• Build competitive awareness of Otis products in the market.
• Assist Finance with timely collection of payments.
• Maintain new equipment contracts database in MIS and report status.
• Prepare sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and ISO policies.
