Job summary

Otis in Sharjah invites a Senior Sales Engineer to support new equipment operations, estimate projects, prepare contracts, and negotiate scope changes. You will build relationships with developers and contractors, coordinate with Aftermarket, and help Otis win bids across all product lines in the UAE.

Fluent English and Arabic are required. You will work under the guidance of the Manager – New Equipment and coordinate with the Finance and Service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and negotiate with clients.
• Prepare estimates and quotations based on scope.
• Negotiate equipment contracts and manage risk.
• Coordinate with Aftermarket to implement terms.
• Inspect new equipment per contract requirements.
• Generate sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
