Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned New Equipment Contracts Specialist to support estimations, contract preparation, and negotiations. You will liaise with clients, prepare technical documents, and craft quotes aligned with Otis products for major projects across the UAE.

The role requires at least 5 years in elevator/escalator sales/marketing in UAE, plus fluent English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in elevator/escalator sales and marketing in UAE.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, based on established guidelines.
• Prepares pre-qualification and technical documents to support new equipment proposals within Otis.
• Prepares estimates and issues quotations based on project scope and Otis products pitched to the client.
• Liaises with clients to negotiate new equipment contracts, addressing risks under renewal terms.
• Executes sales strategies to increase Otis market share across all product lines in assigned markets.
• Coordinates with Aftermarket and Service to ensure that terms and conditions are implemented.
• Conducts inspections on new equipment at client locations to ensure completion of scope of work.
• Builds competitive awareness of products to position Otis as preferred provider on new proposals.
• Assists Finance with timely collection of payments based on contracting agreements.
• Maintains and updates the new equipment contracts database and provides status reports.
• Prepares sales reports and pipeline forecasts as requested by management.
