Job summary

QatarYello in Dubai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to proactively engage our growing UAE regional client base, primarily in universities and schools.

You will nurture long-term relationships, act as the main contact for key accounts, and drive adoption of our AI education solutions across client divisions.

Collaborating with internal teams and delivering training resources, you will help ensure client success, satisfaction and retention across the region.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with University & Schools to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Drive the adoption and optimiser of the AI solutions across different client divisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
• Provide training and resources to clients to maximise their understanding of the product.
• Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
