Yello, a global AI Education technology startup with a UAE presence, seeks a Customer Success Manager to proactively engage university and school clients across the region. You will be the primary contact for key accounts, drive adoption of AI solutions, and work cross-functionally to ensure customer success.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering training, monitoring success metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Proven track record in customer success.
Experience in EdTech or Education.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain strong relationships with University & Schools to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Drive the adoption and optimisation of the AI solutions across client divisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
Provide training and resources to clients to maximise their understanding of the product.
Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
