Job summary

Client of Michael Page is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a global EdTech start-up with a lean UAE team. You will proactively engage universities and schools, acting as the main contact for key accounts and driving adoption of AI solutions across client divisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor client metrics, and conduct regular reviews to align with client goals while delivering training and resources to maximise product understanding.

Qualifications

Proven track record in customer success.
Experience in EdTech or education sector valued.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive problem-solving and customer engagement approach.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and schools.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Drive adoption and optimization of AI solutions across client divisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
Provide training and resources to clients to maximise product understanding.
