Michael Page is recruiting a Customer Success Specialist in Dubai to drive client satisfaction and adoption of AI solutions in the Education sector across MEA. You will manage university and school relationships, act as the main contact for key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and optimise outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, training delivery, and regular reviews to ensure long-term retention and growth with GCC partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer success.
• Experience in EdTech or Education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with University & Schools to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Drive the adoption and optimisation of the AI solutions across different client divisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
• Provide training and resources to clients to maximise their understanding of the product.
• Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
