Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development.
• At least 5 years of UAE market experience.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Oilfield Facilities, TPI, Mechanical Integrity, Dimensional Control.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE oil & gas and industrial sectors.
• Promote company services including Oilfield Facilities support, TPI services, Mechanical Integrity solutions, and Dimensional Control activities.
• Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities in the UAE region.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposal submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company objectives.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits as required.
