Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Account Manager District Cooling Vertical UAE to lead business development and strategic account management in the UAE district cooling market. The role requires building relationships with district cooling providers, developers, consultants, and EPC contractors, and driving opportunities from early stage through tender and award.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
815 years of relevant experience in HVAC District Cooling Utilities Infrastructure Energy or related industries.
Proven experience in sales business development and strategic key account management.
Strong understanding of UAE construction infrastructure and district cooling market.

Responsibilities

Develop a UAE District Cooling market growth plan aligned with Carrier objectives.
Identify and pursue strategic district cooling opportunities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.
Build relationships with district cooling providers, developers, consultants and EPC contractors.
Lead opportunity strategy and pursuit plans for major projects.
Coordinate technical, commercial and contractual support through the sales process.
Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and stakeholder engagement across UAE accounts.
