Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Unit Head to lead the Program & Project Management Delivery function within Technology Transformation & Portfolio Management. You will oversee end-to-end technology program execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality and governance requirements across a large portfolio.

The role requires delivering projects through disciplined FTE planning, capacity management, stakeholder engagement and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program and project delivery management across large portfolios.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong governance, reporting and benefits realization discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the technology program and project portfolio.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality and governance.
• Maintain integrated plans, baselines and financial forecasts.
• Provide risk, issue and dependency management across programs.
• Mentor and develop PMO staff including UAE Nationals.
