Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead finance-related and cards projects in a dynamic UAE banking environment. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align with budgets, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial services, PMP/Agile certification, and deep knowledge of core banking and enterprise systems, enabling effective relationship management and governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a financial services domain with independent management of finance projects (especially cards)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum/Agile certification
• Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage Group or Sub-Group related projects, defining assigned activities, scoping key milestones and managing the identified project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor project progress, taking corrective action to keep on track to ensure executed in line with the agreed budget and set deadlines are achieved
• Co-ordinate closely with internal stakeholders when sourcing external vendors and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), identifying any pre-existing suitable internally approved vendors, managing overall vendor effectiveness, timeliness and quality in order to achieve the set budget and programme/project deliverables.
• Manage all project documentation and records in order to meet required internal standards and future internal audit requirement.
• Conduct project meetings, provide key stakeholders with updates, discuss any risks/issues and influence on areas that will add value/further benefit the project to ensure it remains on track and within agreed budget/timelines.
• Prepare the project budgets and track performance against these to ensure budgetary requirements.
