The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing full life-cycle implementations in banking IT.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in IS/Engineering/BA or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in banking IT or related field.
• Proven record delivering large-scale Global Markets projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, trading, and banking solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to work under pressure.
• PM certification would be beneficial.
• Experience leading full life-cycle implementations in a management role.
