Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive Agile transformation across Group Technology in Dubai. You will establish metrics, governance, and a scalable operating model, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

You will lead delivery assurance programs, define KPI frameworks, and roll out Agile tooling and training across value streams, chapters and platform teams to accelerate adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in Business Management or IT.
• Agile certification necessary – CSP/PSM‑II/ SPC / CAL or similar.
• Experience leading Agile transformations in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish metrics to track pace of transformation across the organization.
• Lead delivery assurance and reporting to senior GT executives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive adoption of Agile practices and KPI frameworks.
• Define and roll out standard Agile tooling and guidelines across value streams.
