Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dubai seeks a Deal Strategy and Pricing Manager to deliver deal structuring and pricing support for our sales verticals, mitigating risks and driving data-driven opportunities within complex transactions and territories.

You will partner with senior sales leadership, educate the sales team on latest bundles, and take ownership of final deal approvals. Collaboration with Finance, Legal and Operations is essential to optimize terms and close deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable.
• Experience in pricing strategy or pricing/procurement roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Sales Leadership and internal partners to provide guidance.
• Develop innovative deal structures and manage risk within contractual terms.
• Educate the sales team on product bundles and offerings.
• Act as a senior deal advisor and support negotiations through the deal cycle.
• Develop pricing models and cross-functional relationships to understand products and competition.
