Salesforce is seeking a Deal Strategy and Pricing Manager in Dubai to deliver deal structuring and pricing support for sales verticals. You will mitigate risks and drive data‑driven improvements in transactions and territories.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in deal strategy or pricing.
• Strong analytical background with problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Sales Leadership to advise on deals and pricing.
• Develop innovative deal structures and manage risk in contracts.
• Lead advisory on key deals and support negotiations through the cycle.
• Guide pricing models and terms for products and bundles.
• Build cross-functional relationships to understand products and market.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize terms.
