Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Systems Engineer in the United Arab Emirates to support the Corporate Team with deploying and demonstrating CrowdStrike Falcon to prospective customers.

You will craft demonstrations, gather requirements, and coordinate with sales and pre-sales to articulate the technical value of our AI-native endpoint platform. The role emphasizes learning advanced attack techniques, testing within the CrowdStrike environment, and facilitating Proof of Values

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles with self-direction and organizational excellence.
• Excellent communication, delivering clear presentations to technical and business audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Technical aptitude to evaluate architectures and identify security improvements.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message to customers.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run POVs with approved success criteria demonstrating platform value.
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts’ technical requirements.
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques on CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer feedback and issue resolution.
